Terms of payment

Registration is valid only with a completed registration form. Delegates are not considered registered until full payment is received. Please complete one form per person. Payment must be made in advance by either cheque, international money order, bank order or credit card. All payments in pounds sterling only. Online payments are by debit or credit card only.

Cancellations and changes policy

There is a handling fee of £25 for refund requests received by 1 April. Please note there is a lost badge fee of £45.00. This pass can be transferred to another person upon receipt of written notification. Please note that the concessionary rate is non-transferable and non-refundable.
